You need someone punctual, adaptable, fresh, but for God’s-sake! mature; you need a creative who’s witty for when a campaign needs it but unpretentious to knock out the less glamorous writing as well. You’d like someone who loved leading group projects in school and actually likes being on a team. A person who can work autonomously and doesn’t need micromanaging to deliver quality stuff.
